Those members of Nunthorpe Methodist church who work with vulnerable people, whether old or young are required by the church council to have submitted to a Criminal Records Bureau check, or to hold an office or post where a higher or transferable certificate or check is undertaken.  For example:- There are several teachers and magistrates who hold CRB certificates for their work and we have chosen not to require duplication of their registration.
