The new Coffee Rota begins on Tuesday 4th September 2018. We  have a number of very willing, able and enthusiastic volunteers but we have need of some additional support. The Rota works out that over the 11 months from September to July inclusive a volunteer is called upon approx 7 times.
All enjoy the role and get great pleasure from talking to the "customers".   Should you feel able to join us please contact me on 01642 314124 or leave a message at 3 Moor Green, Nunthorpe TS7. 0ND Thank you, Mavis Williams

Coffee, tea or Juice and some light refreshments are available for £1.50. The chatter and fun are FREE!!  All are welcome.

If you are available to help out to serve please contact Jillian Lambert.  Thank you.

Like Last Year - Only Bigger!

Many will remember the fabulously successful interactions between older and young members of the community. It would be unfair to describe it only as a childrens summer club  because so many people from the Faithfully Ageing Better project  joined in and made the event fun for everyone. Do you have any time this year? Please get in touch with Kate to find out how you can help (email: kate.wells@togethermc.org tel: 07532 744924). Local churches, Together Middlesbrough & Cleveland and Community Groups plan to entertain 1000 children across the area.. Come on dig deep… You have it in you

Thank you

Rev Una McLean

Dear All, As you will all be aware by now, we say a sad farewell to our friend and colleague the Rev Una McLean in August.  Her last service in this circuit will be on Sunday 5th August at 10:30 am at Trinity followed by a faith lunch. Although this is a sectional service any other circuit members are also welcome to attend.  Although Una has only served in this circuit for four years, she has made a big impact particularly at Trinity, where she kick started our Development Programme into touch with her knowledge of Grant applications. Una has worked faithfully and diligently over the last four years for the circuit as well as for her own sectional churches, sometimes through very difficult circumstances.  We would like to honour the work that Una has done for us in this circuit by presenting her with a leaving gift at her last service. Therefore, if anyone in the circuit feels that they would like to contribute to this gift then please pass on your donations to your church treasurer, who can then pass them on to myself. Any cheques should be made payable to Methodist Church Middlesbrough and Eston Circuit. Thank you and God's blessing to you all. Lesley Duffield Circuit Finance Team
