Church Annual General Meeting
Revd. Huw Sperring will chair the AGM on Tuesday evening 20th May at 7pm. Copies of the Annual Report will be available soon. The meeting is expected to be short informative and is highly commended to you.

The next Traidcraft sale will be on May 25th and not May 11th .

Middlesbrough Council of Faiths

On Thursday May 22nd we are having a discussion about the social implications of the proposed Middlesbrough casino. This was requested by members at our AGM in March. We will be inviting local councilors and representatives of Middlesbrough Council, and other local bodies.

The NCH walk, Step out for Children
... will be on June 21st and not June 14th as originally announced. NCH Family Day. Discounted tickets are now available for this event at Beamish Museum on 13th July 2008. Details from Christine Armstrong.

Just 10
Just 10 started at Preston Park Museum this week, and continues each Wednesday @ 7:30pm up until 25th June 2008. With music, video and an entertaining light hearted talk from J.John the 10 Commandments are each presented in a positive light, There is limited parking so combined churches Bus is arranged to take those who wish to join in = £3.00 per head picking up at Nunthorpe School, Brunton Arms, and Marton Shops. 1 Million hours of Kindness
A nationwide event for people who are willing to give help to others - in the name of Christianity Programme is as follows: Friday 9th - (Evening) Club EQ (14 - 16+) at St Mary's Church Hall Saturday 10th (10am - 1pm) Free Coffee Morning & Car wash at St Andrew's and Marton Methodist (2pm-5pm) - Random acts of kindness - We need volunteers and any ideas (7.30 - 10pm) 'invite friends' (18+) Quiz evening Now to be HERE Please see Jean for tickets - FREE!
