Office Services
General Photocopying and Printing:
We have available white and coloured A4 paper, white A3 paper, coloured 160gm card. See the price list on the back page of this leaflet for A4 white printing, telephone for coloured and card prices. We also have Overhead Projector Sheets that can be put through our photocopier.
Typing:
Notices, posters, leaflets, magazines, newsletters, rotas,
programmes, minutes, tickets and any thing else you can think of!!
There is no charge for typing.
Comb Binding:
This a method of binding books, diaries, calendars etc. and the comb binding machine may be rented at a charge of £2 per week + the cost of plastic combs used (approx. 12p each). Alternatively, for a small fee, we can do the binding for you.
Laminating:
This puts a plastic coating on documents, posters etc., thus protecting the printing from dirt, grease and water. It has a write on/ wipe off finish. The Laminator will deal with documents ranging from Identification Card size right up to A3. So far we have Laminated: Calendars, Photographs, certificates, Posters, Bookmarks and Maps. Laminating sheets are priced at: A4 35p A3 70p The Laminator may also be rented at a cost of £2 per week.
Colour Printing:
We have the facilities to produce posters, flyers etc. up to A4 size with coloured printing and graphics. The cost of these is 20p for the first copy and 10p for each copy thereafter.
Distribution:
If your church has anything to circulate around the Circuit why not make use of the office for this. There is no charge for this other than the cost of any envelopes and stamps necessary and this will be invoiced to your treasurer.
Guillotine:
A Guillotine, capable of cutting up to 25 sheets at a time, is available for use, either at the office or for rental again at £2 per week.
Long Arm Stapler:
We have a supply of these and they may be borrowed at no cost.
